hotfix: adjust scrollspeed of tab content (i.e. thePattern, Overview, etc.)

I changed the Scrollspeed of the Text-scrollers inside Tabs like "thePattern"/"Das Muster" to be same same as the scrollspeed for the glossar and Links tabs
